Faculty Curriculum Sustainability Workshop
UC Berkeley is hosting a Faculty Curriculum Sustainability Workshop on Saturday, September 23, 2017 for faculty from all disciplines interested in incorporating sustainability into existing courses. No prior experience with environmental and sustainability issues is necessary. Come brainstorm ideas, explore expanded definitions of sustainability, and leave with creative, concrete ways to include sustainability in your curricula and your student experience. In addition to the workshop, participants will be asked to develop their new sustainability course module during the 2017-18 academic year and attend a spring 2018 event to share out the curriculum they have created. Following the September workshop faculty will receive $700 to use for materials or student support for the development of their new sustainability module. Download a flyer and share out, click here.
