We're sorry you couldn't make it this year! Here are some other things you can do...

Want to know what's going on campus in terms of sustainability? Come to the next Chancellor's Advisory Committee on Sustainability (CACS) meeting: Thursday, May 22nd from 3:30-5:00 in 170 Stanley Hall.

Check out the Posters that were at the event, make a suggestion about sustainability on campus, look at the PowerPoint Presentations (coming soon) and pictures (coming soon).

Look on the Partners page for links to other organizations on campus.

Five Easy Ways You Can Be More Sustainable In Your Daily Life!!!

  1. Take the stairs instead of the elevator when you can.
  2. Turn off the water while you brush your teeth, and in between rinsing dishes and putting soap on them.
  3. When you are shopping, try to buy items with less packaging so you reduce the amount of trash you produce.
  4. Recycle your water bottles, cans, paper, and containers. Better yet, avoid having them!
  5. Turn off the lights when you leave a room. Turn off the power strip when you go to bed at night to reduce phantom loads.

And....Keep an eye out for next year's Summit!
