General Sustainability Announcements

Oral arguments for the case of Massachusetts vs. EPA were heard on Wednesday, Nov. 29. The case concerns whether the EPA is required to regulate greenhouse gases as pollutants. A transcript of the oral arguments are available at the url below and may be of general interest.
