BERC Presents: Going Solar

Berkeley Energy & Resources Collaborative (BERC)Presents:
Going Solar

A roundtable discussion on the drivers behind current and future solar demand

Government subsidies, rolling blackouts, and increasing utility costs are driving thousands of Americans to go solar. Is this a short-term phenomenon or a major future source of energy? Looking ahead, what role will the government play in further stimulating household demand? What business models are needed to finance solar power, build customer awareness, and develop the market? Will new supply breakthroughs fuel exponential growth in this form of alternative energy?
